Dr. Young Joo Park is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Administration. She received her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany – State University of New York. She studies public financial management and the allocation of scarce public health resources.
