I am fortunate in that I use the tools I learned at SPA every single day, and those tools impact the lives of the citizens that call Bernalillo County home.

Since completing the MPA program at UNM, I have been promoted three times. I have served as the Deputy Fire Chief of Bernalillo County Fire and Rescue for the last three years. I attribute many of my professional accomplishments and much of my success to the education I received at SPA. I am fortunate in that I use the tools I learned at SPA every single day, and those tools impact the lives of the citizens that call Bernalillo County home. I am humbled and honored to be part of the alumni of this great institution.
