Scott Sanchez was a staff member at UNM for six years, during which time he served as President of UNM Staff Council (‘21-‘22) and chair of the Staff Council Government Relations Committee (’18-’20).

Scott Sanchez was a staff member at UNM for six years, during which time he served as President of UNM Staff Council (‘21-‘22) and chair of the Staff Council Government Relations Committee (’18-’20). While working at UNM he was an Operations Specialist in the Department of Emergency Medicine for four years, and Alumni Relations Officer at UNM Alumni Relations Office (Hodgin Hall). Scott left UNM in July 2022 when he was hired as a Senior Fiscal Analyst I at the NM Legislative Finance Committee. At LFC he works on policy and budgets for the natural resources agencies including the Environment Department, EMNRD, State Engineer, Livestock Board, Youth Conservation Corps, and Office of Natural Resource Trustee.
