David served as the President of UNM's Graduate and Professional Student Association in the 2021-2022 academic year, a pivotal year for graduate and professional student involvement on campus.

David served as the President of UNM's Graduate and Professional Student Association in the 2021-2022 academic year, a pivotal year for graduate and professional student involvement on campus. He was selected to represent the state of New Mexico as the Inaugural Delegate to the Western Governors' Leadership Institute alongside Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham. David served the NM Legislature as a Fiscal Analyst for the Legislative Finance Committee and was appointed as the Executive Director of Government Affairs for the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®.
