Dr. Russell Stowers has a Physical Therapy degree from Amarillo College, BS from Abilene Christian University, MHA from the University of New Mexico and MS and Doctorate degree from Texas A&M University. Dr. Stowers is board-certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dr. Stowers has been involved nationally with the American Physical Therapy Association for 30 years and was instrumental in creating the advanced proficiency certification for PTAs as well as a Therapist Executive Management Leadership Certification, which will debut in 2024. Dr. Stowers is currently the Director of Rehabilitation Services at CHRISTUS St. Vincent Health System in Santa Fe, NM.
