Faculty Highlights:
Congratulations to SPA professor, Dr. Stephanie Smith, who has been awarded a 2013 American Indian Student Services S.T.A.R.S. (Special Thank-you And Recognition from Students) Award. The award recognizes UNM Faculty, Staff, and Tribal higher education student support providers who have positively influenced a student's university experience though mentoring, teaching/instruction, advisement, advocacy, research, student support, leadership, and/or scholarship. Dr. Smith was nominated to receive this award by SPA student, James Montoya.
